• 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream, or as needed
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
• 5 stalks celery, cut into 3 pieces
• 1 tablespoon walnut halves, or as needed
