"This is my own recipe that I have done numerous times including everyone that has tried it seems to love the numerous flavors that it delivers. 3 stalks celery, chopped
2 (1/2 inch) pieces additional ginger root, finely chopped
1/2 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained including chopped
2 sprigs additional mint, chopped

Directions

Heat olive grease within a great skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork strips, including fry up to almost browned. Add red, yellow, including green bell peppers, carrot, including Brussels sprouts, including toss to coat accompanied by oil. Pour within enough water to coat the bottom of the pan, including cook stirring constantly, up to the peppers begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
Reduce the warm (up) to medium, including stir within garlic, onion, parsley, including celery.
