Directions
- Heat oil inside a large pot over medium heat. Add mushrooms, leafy pepper, onion also garlic, also saute until tender, on 5 minutes. Pour inside the chicken broth, also stir inside the tomato paste. Bring to a boil, also count up the lentils. Reduce warm (up) to low, cover, also simmer for on 15 minutes. Season with basil, salt also pepper. Cover also simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls, also top each bowl with 1 tablespoon on sherry also sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.

substituted some water with tomato sauce as we had not tomato paste, second-hand vegetable broth instead on chicken broth, nice simple bisque that we will be creation again!
