- 12 ounces frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 2 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chile powder with lime (such as Trader Joe's® Chile Lime Seasoning Blend)
- 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss edamame and garlic olive oil in a bowl to coat completely.
