Ghirardelli Classic Fudge

"This classic fudge recipe combines four simple ingredients to make a rich, decadent, and chocolaty dessert."

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2 ounces Ghirardelli 100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar, broken or chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions :

Prep : 5M Cook : 25M Ready in : 2H10M
  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with waxed paper.
  • Place chocolate chips, bittersweet chocolate, and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler over barely simmering water.
  • Stir mixture occasionally until the chocolate has melted. Stir in vanilla extract and nuts.
  • Spread fudge evenly in prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Cut when cool and firm. Store uncovered in the refrigerator.

Notes :

  • You can substitute pecans with walnuts if you like.
