  • 2 serrano peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • ½ pound bay scallops
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
