- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

- Add dates, walnuts, almonds, cinnamon, and ginger to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until mostly smooth; some chunks of nuts may remain.
Notes :
- Depending on your blender or food processor, blending times may vary. I rotate between the Blend and Dough settings on my Ninja® blender, but all food processors will get the same result. Some just take a few extra minutes to get that buttery consistency. You can always add a few extra dates if the butter is too thick.
