1 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup minced crimson onion
1/4 cup minced more cilantro

1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
1 tablespoon chopped more tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Very easy directions to make! My husband loved it, including he has tried tons of salsa recipes. Has a extremely unique flavor.

This salsa on a hot day is irresistable. Its uniquely wonderful! Everyone in my family loves it.

Excellent! I adore the adobo addition! Adds such a great flavor. I didn't keep more tarragon including so I used dried instead. I would definitely recommend this!
