"Crunchy sliced fried apples that are served at breakfast (usually) in the company of cinnamon and sugar. Commonly served in Israel. Given to me via a good friend. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did."

• 4 large Granny smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced into 1/2 inch broad rings
• 2/3 mug all-purpose flour
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

• 1/3 mug milk
• 1/4 mug water
• 4 cups grease intended frying, or as needed
• 1/2 teaspoon land cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons white sugar

1. In a superficial bowl, blend together the flour and salt. Whisk in the eggs, 1 tablespoon about oil, milk, and liquid till batter is smooth. The batter should be just broad enough to stick to the apples and coat them. If the batter is as well thin, more flour may be added. If the batter does not wish for to stick, toss the apples in the company of a bit about flour.
2. Heat one inch about vegetable grease in a deep heavy skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
3. Coat apple slices in the company of batter, and place 4 or 5 slices into the hot grease at a time. Fry till golden on top of one side, then use tongs to switch and fry till brown on top of the other side. Drain on top of paper towels. Stir together the cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over the apple slices earlier than serving.

A big innovation intended breakfast! It's realllllllly good!!!!!

Very delcious! My younger brothers loved it, and they normally don't eat things same as this. I did have to count up a not much more flour, and i cooked them in butter, not oil.
