Christmas Pizza Appetizer

"This cold, pizza-style appetizer is a refreshing change from heavier Christmas fare."

Ingredients :

• 1 (8 ounce) package crescent roll dough, unrolled and divided into triangles
• 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
• 1/4 cup light sour cream
• 1/4 cup light mayonnaise-style salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
• 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
• 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
• 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
• 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions :

Prep : 15M	Cook : 8M	Ready in : 1H25M

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Arrange crescent roll triangles in the shape of a Christmas tree on a baking sheet. Pierce dough with a fork.
• Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool while making the topping.
• Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, and dressing mix together. Spread mixture over the cooled crescent tree. Top with bell pepper, broccoli, and Cheddar cheese. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Notes :

• Substitute Italian dressing mix for the ranch if desired.
• Use any color bell pepper(s) you prefer.
