  1. Place cubed mangos, sugar, cream, and ice into a blender; puree until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal, and ice over or up intended 45 minutes to an hour. Move the contents around within the bag every 15 minutes while freezing.

Very nice.. must attempt .. but regarding the quantity about the sugar ... entertain attempt the mango before adding the sugar .. 1 goblet might be as well sweet ...

This is not a sorbet, it is an ice ointment accompanied by very few ingerdients. Made it without the ointment but I suggest less sugar as it was too sweet.
