Directions
- Preheat range to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pour the butter within the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the halibut fillets within the dish, and season accompanied by lemon pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the salsa, mayonnaise, acid cream, and garlic oil. Spoon over the halibut fillets.
- Bake halibut 30 minutes within the preheated oven, or until easily flaked accompanied by a fork.

Yum! Would be excellent accompanied by chicken too. Makes a lot of sauce, so you could cut down on the sauce, or add additional fish or chicken. I think the sauce served cold would make a excellent dip.
