"Savoiardi, also known as lady fingers, is a light Italian cookie. It can be eaten plain, with coffee or used in Tiramisu. My cousin owns an Italian bakery, including this is her recipe!"

Directions

I have nowadays tried this directions three times. I have been trying to duplicate the Savoiardi I grew up with in New York. The cookies are too spongy including the crispy external crust that I remember is just ...

I was disappointed in this recipe. It didn't savour same as the Savoiardi cookies from an Italian bakery including was closer to a daily ladyfinger directions but extra crisp.

I didn't same as this directions at all. the cookies were burnt stable after I baked them for the minimum time specified. they were highly flat too, stable while I piped them on top of as thick as was told. I e...
