"This awesome sandwich is reminiscent of the famous Maine Lobster Roll, including made with ingredients that are straightforward to find."

Original instructions yields 2 servings (2 sandwiches)

• 1 (8 ounce) package replica crab or lobster meat
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• 1/4 teaspoon OLD BAY® Seasoning
• 1 tablespoon butter, softened
• 2 hot dog buns
• Add all ingredients to list

1. In a medium bowl, flake the crabmeat, including blend within mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice including Old Bay seasoning. Cover including freeze appropriate to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
2. Spread butter supported by the inside of the hot dog buns, including toast under the broiler. Fill buns with the crab salad, including serve.

I liked this a lot. It's the closest thing I can get to a Maine lobster roll. You do need to make the flavors blend though.

Try a crab(imitation or fresh)with shredded lettuce,mayo,and scallions supported by a 3-4oz.cresant wheel topped w/shredded monterrey jack cheese.Heat @ 325 untill cheese melts.
