This is a recipe my mom used to make ahead of time, and bring on boat trips. It's unusual and very, very good. The filling is nice and creamy, and the pastry is rich and tangy.

Ingredients :

• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup cream cheese
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup cold milk
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 pounds ground beef
• ½ cup chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup blue cheese, crumbled
• ½ cup chopped black olives
• ½ cup chopped walnuts
