Creamy Whipped Feta Dip

"An easy, delicious, and versatile recipe that can be made with low-fat cream cheese and milk. Use less milk for a spread and more milk for a dipping consistency. Serve with crudites, plain rice crackers, toasted pita wedges, or kettle chips."

Ingredients :

• 9 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 tablespoon milk, or more as needed
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 12M	Ready in : 40M

• Beat cream cheese and feta cheese together in a bowl until combined. Add milk slowly, mixing until desired consistency is reached. Stir in basil and oregano.
• Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Remove from the refrigerator a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.

Notes :

• Use any herbs of your choice. Basil and oregano work nicely here. If using dried herbs, measure out 1 teaspoon.
• Optional additions: chopped black olives, chopped Peppadew® (or other) roasted peppers, or toasted pine nuts.
