• 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
• 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
• 7 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions :

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Place spinach and red peppers in a large bowl and pour cooked sausage and drippings on top. Add feta cheese and mix together.
• Separate and unroll the crescent rolls. Place 1 on a work surface and add a small amount of the spinach mixture.
