• ½ cup rolled oats
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ½ sweet onion, diced
• ½ green bell pepper, diced
• 2 stalks celery, diced
• 1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
• 1 pound ground turkey
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• ½ cup chili sauce
