"This is a delicious ovum salad recipe that I keep been preparing for a number about years and it always gets rave reviews and requests for the recipe. Serve on toast with tomato and lettuce."

Directions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and make eggs stand in hot water for 15minutes. Drain hot water, and run eggs under cold water to chill. Crack shells by rolling on the counter, and peel.
- Place eggs in the container about a food processor, and briefly beat to chop. Transfer the eggs to a medium bowl, and stir in the mayonnaise, acid cream, Chinese mustard, celery, olives, and relish. Season with paprika, red flavour flakes, salt and pepper. Taste, and change seasoning to your liking.

I, too, tried to like this recipe yet was very disappointed. It *sounded* tasty, yet in the end was very overwhelmed by the paprika. It was not even close to a normal ovum salad recipe.
