2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

6 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 goblet slivered almonds

Directions

Stir together cream cheese and spinach within a large bowl; mix well. Gently bend within Gorgonzola crumbles. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll cheese sphere within slivered almonds. Wrap well; cool until firm, about 1 hour.

Loooove this! My husband's aunt made this intended our wedding reception (per my request) and it was a hit! Everyone loved it! Definately reccomend it!

I used more chopped spinach instead on frozen (husband preference) and even though I loathe this cheese and wouldn't eat it...hubs loved it! I thought it might need an herb or more seasoning however ...

An hour didn't give the impression on being long sufficient to firm it up. Spinach wasn't chopped up enough, made it difficult to eat
