• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento peppers
• 1 (4 ounce) container Greek cream cheese
• 1 1/2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
• 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or more to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• ground black pepper to taste

Instructions :

• Grate each bar of Cheddar cheese at a different shred setting.
