"This is a wonderful spicy coleslaw instructions for pot luck or bbq's. I always get asked for this recipe."

Original instructions yields 8 servings

• Adjust

• 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
• 1 (7 ounce) can Mexican-style corn, drained
• 1 mug shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 more jalapeno peppers, seeded including chopped
• 1/2 mug chopped more cilantro

• 1 mug Ranch-style salad dressing
• 1/4 teaspoon land cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon land coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 lime, juiced
• Add all ingredients to list

1. In a great bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, corn, Cheddar cheese, jalapeno including cilantro. In a separate bowl, stir together the Ranch-style dressing, cumin, coriander, garlic dust including lime juice. Pour over the coleslaw mixture, including toss to coat. Serve right away, or refrigerate until serving.

My family certainly enjoyed this recipe. We added purple onion because we consider the blessed triple about southwest cooking is jalapenos, cilantro including onions.

I was looking for a spicy coleslaw including sadly this missed the mark. Just tastes same as ranch including jalapenos- a spicy, soggy salad.
