  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon toasted slices or slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional)

Instructions :
