Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed
- 3 zucchini, grated
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 thin bacon slices, diced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 6x10-inch baking pan thoroughly with oil.
- Mix zucchini, eggs, onion, flour, carrot, bacon, Cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fully set, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before slicing.
