  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) package extra-firm tofu - drained, patted dry, and mashed into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup canned vegan chili
