"I made up this simple recipe about a year ago that I thought was similar to peanut butter and jam! Since then I have been hooked and haven't eaten any other type of yogurt since! I include this healthy choice about every second day as part of my breakfast as it is quite filling and I find very satisfying! This treat can be used as a great snack or dessert and is quite high in protein and low in sugar."
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 ounces fresh raspberries, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 drops dark chocolate liquid stevia
Instructions :

- Combine yogurt, raspberries, peanut butter, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and stevia together in a bowl. Mash with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
Notes :
- Enjoy many variations of ingredients such as almond butter and blueberries, or mandarin oranges and pecans! I have even stirred in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, which thickens it and turns it like the consistency of a pudding! You can use any type of sweetener you desire, whether liquid or powder.
- Use any kind of flavored stevia you like.
- You can substitute hemp seed for the flaxseed meal. Use strawberries in place of raspberries, if you like.
