Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced summer squash
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup diced asparagus
- 1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon desired seasoning (ideas below), or more to taste

- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Add vegetables, oil, salt, pepper, and desired seasoning to a bowl. Toss to coat; arrange in fryer basket.
