"This is a special directions bar-b-que brisket that is unhurried cooked in the oven. Enjoy, this can be cooked outdoors on top of pit if preferred."

Directions

  1. Preheat the stove to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  2. Place brisket in a great roasting vessel (disposable aluminum stop vessel is fine). Pour brew over the meat, and spot onion sections on top of top. Season accompanied by garlic, salt and pepper. Combine the barbeque sauce, molasses and liquid smoke; spill over the roast. Cover vessel accompanied by aluminum foil.
  3. Place vessel on top of the center rack on the preheated oven, and bake appropriate to 6 to 8 hours, or until beef is fork tender. Remove from the stove and enable stand appropriate to about 10 notes before slicing across the grain into 1/8 inch slices.

OK recipe. The meat was really gentle however I thought the dip was much too sweet. I will use the similar cooking method again however will saw back on top of the molasses. It was overpowering.
