Strawberry and Spinach Balsamic Pasta Salad

"Strawberry, spinach, basil, and balsamic vinegar come together over a canvas of Ready Pasta penne in this quick and easy pasta salad."

Ingredients :

• 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Penne
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup spinach
• 1/2 cup strawberries, quartered
• 2 basil leaves, chopped
• 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions :

Prep : 5M	Cook : 2M	Ready in : 6M

• Tear corner of Ready Pasta pouch to vent. Heat in the microwave for one minute.
• Pour pasta onto a dish and allow to cool.
• In a bowl, combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Add Ready Pasta, spinach, strawberries, and basil and toss.
• Garnish with feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!
