Ingredients :

  • 3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped raw walnuts
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions :

Prep : 15M Cook : 12M Ready in : 1H
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine cooked rice, beaten eggs, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, walnuts, onion, tamari, and garlic powder in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 45 minutes.
